We like to move it, move it!
Move in begins on Wednesday, April 5, and we'll have some guidelines for making this as smooth as possible.
MOVE IN TIMES
Wednesday, April 5.... 3 pm to 5 pm for large items only (tractors, cars and other heavy equipment).
*NOTE: The Stony Plain Chamber office must be advised before April 3th of any load in on April 5.
Thursday, April 6....... 10 am to 9 pm (All exhibitors)
Friday, April 7 ........... 10 am to 12:30 pm. Loading doors will be closed at 12:30 pm.
Parking: Please note, parking for exhibitors is restricted to the southwest corner near the football field. This will be encouraged during move-in and mandated during the show.
Looking for door prizes
SHOW Door prizes should be valued at $100 or more.
RECEPTION Door prizes can be valued at less, and will be given to other exhibitors at the Reception.
WE ARE CURRENTLY LOOKING FOR SMALL DOOR PRIZES FOR THIS EXHIBITOR MIXER: Anyone wishing to donate a door prize for the Exhibitor Mixer please contact the Stony Plain & District Chamber of Commerce office at (780) 963-4545 or email firstname.lastname@example.org. These prizes do not have to be large items. Anything would be appreciated. Please attach your business card with the prize so you can be acknowledged. These can be dropped off at the Tri Leisure Centre with any of the Chamber staff at the load in doors during load in times. (Office will be closed from Thursday, April 7th until after the Expo). Chamber staff will be available at the TransAlta Tri Leisure Centre at the loading doors if you have any further questions.

So we're providing you with two vouchers for coffee from Tiny Tim's, the show concession located in Hall B, for you to use as you please over the weekend!
Look for your vouchers in your exhibitor welcome package that you'll receive during move in.
The Sawmill Restaurant is once again generously hosting our Exhibitor Reception on Friday night.
As our host, they are providing us with a dedicated space to mingle and network, and serving us complimentary appetizers.
We encourage you to show your appreciation for Sawmill's generousity by staying and ordering from their outstanding menu and enjoying a beverage.
There is no cost for you to attend, but it helps ensure that everyone gets to try a sample of delicious appetizers. Exhibitor badges are required for entrance.
